When was the last time you explored your city?

I’ve been in Houston my entire life and I jump at any change to get away but I can’t deny that the city has a lot to offer. It seems there’s always a new restaurant, bar, or lounge opening and there are so many places I have yet to go.

Last week on the list was Bantaga located in downtown Houston. Batanga is a industrial eatery featuring Pan-Latin small plates, live music & a patio in Houston, TX. They have happy hour every Tuesday-Friday from 4-7pm which features $3 margaritas! The margaritas are a hit for sure! They also have a weekend brunch from 11am-3pm. Brunch features $3 mimosas, sangrias and $12 carafes which I can’t wait to try!

Oceanaire is another good Happy Hour spot located on Westheimer in Houston,TX. Oceanaire is a high end sophisticated seafood restaurant. Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 4-7pm which features $3 beers,$4 wines and small bites such as crab cakes,calamari and Ahi tuna bites! It’s in bar only but it offers a classy happy hour vibe that’s truly pleasant!

Next up is my favorite Happy hour spot in Houston. Blanco’s Tacos and Tequila located in the Galleria. Blanco’s is a Mexican restaurant serving traditional food, refreshing margaritas and a variety of tequilas! The food and the drinks are amazing! It’s absolutely my go to spot! Happy hour is Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. Happy hour features a large variety of food like my favorite double cheese nachos for $7 as well as classic cocktails and all beers for $5. I’m getting excited just thinking about it!
