Let’s talk morning routines! 

My morning routine typically looks like preparing a cup of tea, morning prayer, morning manifestations, reading for about 15mins then officially starting my day. I like having a morning routine because it sets the tone for the rest of my day. 

We’ve all heard it’s good to have a morning routine but have you ever given any thought as to why people say that? 

Well having a morning routine certainly has its benefits.

Morning Routines hold a lot or power and can set the tone for your entire day. 

A simple routine can ultimately make you more productive throughout your day. Lots of health and fitness experts say that it gives you the opportunity to set your daily goals. So let’s talk about it….

Morning routines can help you create healthy habits. Whether it’s stretching or exercising in the morning you are telling your body I’m awake,I’m healthy, I’m strong. Just by doing these things everyday you are building for better things to come. This creates for good habits to overflow into other areas. 

Having a morning routine can also help you reduce stress. When you start the day with intention you feel in control. You feel ready for whatever comes your way. Often times you are much more positive about the day and your outlook on the day ahead can make all the difference. 

Wanna be more productive? Consider a morning routine. Having a routine in place allows us to control our schedules and really put our day in perspective. This creates the chance to really get things done on that to do list! All in all it’s a great thing to consider if you don’t already have one.
