Wow You Workout A lot!

When people say wow you workout a lot I think well…African Americans ages 18 to 49 are two times more likely to die of heart disease than other Americans. One in three African Americans suffer from high blood pressure. 

Stroke impacts African Americans more than any other racial group and at a younger age.

African Americans are more likely to suffer complications from diabetes, such as end-stage renal disease and lower extremity amputations. 

Your health matters and it always will. You just have to be mindful and take action. I’ve had so many family members that have been impacted by poor health decisions. I refuse to repeat the cycle! I’m better than that! I am worthy of having a healthy body. I am worthy of living a healthy life. I love myself too much to constantly and intentionally put my body in danger. We have so many healthy options nowadays. We have absolutely no excuse! It’s so important to take care of yourself. It all starts in your mind and then actions will follow. 

So when you ask me how do I find the time to workout so much? The only answer I can think of is how can I not? 

Educate and make time to take care of yourself. You can’t afford not to.
