Paris Perfection:Second Enchanting Top Best Visit to the City of Lights

As a lifestyle and travel content creator based in Houston, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to the captivating city of Lights -Paris for a second visit. This time, my husband and I booked a stay at the charming La Comtesse hotel, where we were delighted to find our room featured a balcony with a stunning view of the iconic Eiffel Tower. It was one of the best things about this hotel and the best way to enjoy a stay in Paris. As soon as we walked out onto the balcony we could see the top of the eiffel tower. It was magical. What better way to spend a couple day in Paris? 

After settling into our accommodations on the first day, we set out to explore the culinary delights that Paris has to offer. Our first stop was GiGi, a beloved local restaurant known for its casual, yet refined Italian fare. It was our first time there and I indulged in a delectable Margarita pizza, complemented by a delicious ravioli pasta dish, all washed down with expertly crafted cocktails as live music filled the air. This place is a must try. Not only is the place beautiful with panoramic views the atmosphere and the food was amazing. This place is very popular so be sure to make reservations. 

That evening, we ventured to the legendary Crazy Horse, a world-renowned cabaret that showcases the finest in Parisian entertainment. The mesmerizing performance left us in awe, a true highlight of our trip. At first I couldn’t decide between Moulin Rouge or Crazy Horse but I’m so glad we went with Crazy Horse it was a great experience. We booked through Viator and the tickets included a bottle of champagne. If you’re looking for a sexy night in Paris then the Crazy Horse burlesque show in Paris is a great option. 

The next morning, we opted for a leisurely Sunday brunch at Café Kitsune, savoring fluffy pancakes, French toast, and perfectly scrambled eggs as we took in the charming Parisian ambiance. This place is pretty small and can get packed pretty quick fortunately there weren’t any long lines and we were seated upstairs right away.  

With our appetites satisfied, we set out to explore a great place the iconic shopping district of Champs-Élysées, browsing the high-end boutiques of the Galeries Lafayette. As we strolled along the tree-lined avenue, the Arc de Triomphe stood tall, a testament to the city’s rich history and grandeur. It was a great way to spend the day. Since this was our second time in Paris we opted to do other things besides all of the normal tourist attractions like seeing the Mona Lisa at the louvre museum, Notre dame cathedral and the seine river- river seine and other historic sites. However if it is your first trip or first visit to Paris you should absolutely checkout all of the tourist spots and enjoy the magic of Paris. It’s truly a magical perfect place and there is always a good reason to go to Paris…in my opinion. 

That night headed to the rooftop oasis of Le SkyParis, where we indulged in a relaxing evening. We started with delectable chicken and shrimp egg rolls as our appetizers, and I savored a wonderfully satisfying salmon pasta dish, complemented by refreshing mocktails. This rooftop lounge is about 30 minutes from all of the tourist spots. It was recommended by a local and it was a great was to spend our last night in Paris. This is definitely a place where the locals hangout. 

This second visit to Paris has only reinforced my love for the city, with its captivating blend of timeless elegance and modern sophistication. As a content creator, I’m eager to share more of Paris’ enchanting allure with my audience, from its world-class cuisine and entertainment to its iconic landmarks and hidden gems.

Whether it’s your first or your tenth time in the City of Light, there’s always something new to discover. I can’t wait to plan my next Parisian adventure.
